Pastors Congress & Bible Conference

Both the Pastors Congress and the Bible Conference are huge blessings to many who are serving God out of obedience but never had the chance to attend college or Seminary.

These are two very similar ministry events. When we first started the Pastors Congress we based the teachings off of a single Christ-centered book asking the speakers to teach on that book. The book being used was, of course, gifted to each participant. Now, if a specific book is not being used, we make sure to gift a resource book for each participant.

With the Bible Conference, all the teaching is based solely on the Bible. However, we still try to gift each person a book. Pastor Luis believes firmly in studying, and a lot of times, a book will help people to dig deeper into their Bible and that is our hope. One year we gave the Matthew Henry Commentary.

Both the Pastors Congress and the Bible Conference are huge blessings to many who are serving God out of obedience but never had the chance to attend college or Seminary; and, some who did but want to continue to learn and grow. These events are so special to them as they are encouraged and uplifted. They go back to their churches ready to do more and work hard for the Kingdom.

What can US$25.00 dollars accomplish?

With both of these events we ask all participants for an offering of roughly US$25. This does not cover all the expenses, some of which are: 3 nights’ lodging at a hotel, 8 meals, coffee, and 2 snacks, but does not include all the material, books, photocopies, writing utensils, etc. We don’t want money to be an issue, so we have about 20 pastors and leaders whom we know are going through rough economic situations and we give them each a “scholarship” to these events.

Your contribution to Training/Pastoral Support helps us support the scholarships and all the expenses Pastors can’t cover themselves.
